Q:  What makes you different from other home buyers and real estate agents?
A:  At Legacy Home Buyers, we do much more than just buying homes. Our greatest motivation is being able to give back to the communities where we grew up. We strive to make excellent offers to homeowners who want to sell their homes fast. For us, it is about more than just buying houses. We want to help people achieve their goals by selling their old, burdensome, or damaged properties that are holding them back. Q:  How long will the selling process take?
A:  Our team can close in an average of 14 days. That said, we leave the actual date up to you. We want you to be able to move at your convenience.

Q:  How do you determine your offer prices?
A:   We will research recent sales in your neighborhood to find comparable properties. We will factor in our repair costs which are usually much lower than if the homeowner were to make the repairs themselves. Once we have these numbers, we will make you a fast, fair, and no-obligation offer.

Q:  Where are you currently buying?
