Legacy Home Buyers LLC is here to serve homeowners by helping them solve their problem of selling an unwanted house. We do this by providing a FAST but FAIR offer, closing when the homeowner needs us to. Our team eliminates the need for local homeowners to have to list their property with a real estate agent in Indianapolis.
Legacy Home Buyers was founded by Terone Johnson and Omari Heflin. They have been dedicated to the local real estate industry since 2015. After years of learning, growing, and hard work they launched Legacy Home Buyers in January of 2019. As of August 2019, they have participated in over $4.5 million of off-market real estate transactions.
The group personally owns and manages properties throughout the entire Indianapolis area. Their tie to Indianapolis runs deep, as they are both local guys who genuinely care about their community. They entered the real estate space with two sincere goals in mind: help others by solving problems for homeowners and clean up the community’s streets they once walked as kids.
Terone Johnson
Terone developed a strong passion for real estate in 2015 when he bought his first investment property. Prior to real estate, Terone’s passion was basketball. He graduated from Purdue University, where he was a 4-year starter, 2-year captain, and 2-year All Big-Ten Honors for the men’s basketball team. After school, he left to play professional basketball in Greece before returning to Indianapolis to work with underprivileged youth as a mentor.He was born and raised on the West Side of Indy, which is where his excitement and drive for growth of the city stems. Terone’s appetite for success in real estate derives from finding true happiness in being able to help others solve problems. He loves people and is tirelessly working to help the inner-city communities by organizing events that bring the city together. He loves people and truly believes his purpose is to help whoever he possibly can.
Terone is supported by his wonderful wife Lauren. Together they have a beautiful, spirited, basketball-loving son. Terone’s hobbies are hanging out with his family, listening to music and, of course, basketball.
Omari Heflin
Omari’s love for Indianapolis ignited his passion for real estate. He completed his first house flipping project in 2017. From there, he has been apart of 6 rehab flips in Indy and the surrounding upcoming areas.He is an Indiana native who graduated high school from Ben Davis. After high school, he attended college in both Georgia and Indiana. He sharpened his leadership skills by working for a $500 million dollar company and managing a small team. He is a naturally gifted public speaker, proven by his experience speaking to over 5,000 people. Omari spoke alongside the mayor twice at the Mozel Sanders Foundation, Inc.
The Indianapolis community is what inspires him. He dedicates his spare time to giving back to the communities by giving away scholarships, events, volunteering and helping those in need. He is relentless with his goal of cleaning up the Indy streets through real estate, empowering others and changing lives for the better.
